Pilates

Here at Core Control, we offer three Pilates classes; Private session, Semi- Private, and Group class. All of our classes are 55 minutes long and follow the classic Pilates principles and are tailored to your fitness level, your goals and your special needs

Our classes will help strengthen and develop your muscles by using a variety of Pilates movements, stretches and exercises that target specific areas of the body. 

All of our classes are designed to help you grow and movements and exercises will become increasingly more challenging as you grow stronger.

Your safety and comfort are our top concern. We limit group classes to a maximum of 4 people that will have the same general level of experience and similar fitness levels. 

Any bone, joint, or muscle challenges or movement limitations you may have will always be taken into consideration to help ensure you have the best experience. 

Here at Core Control we offer 60 minute and 75 minute Lymphatic massage therapy sessions. 

A Lymphatic Massage is a specialized treatment that utilizes a system of electronic instrumentation that aids in improving circulation that helps with fluid management at the tissue level. Unlike a deep tissue massage a Lymphatic massage does not involve tissue manipulation. The lymphatic system, when it is functioning perfectly, helps clear the body of excess fluid and toxins. There are many factors that can interfere with the lymphatic system’s high-functioning, and laser treatment boosts the lymphatic system’s capacity to return to its job—eliminating excess fluid and toxins. Lymphatic massage is painless and relaxing!

Come enjoy a Deep Tissue Massage! We offer 60 minute and 90 minute massage  sessions. Our Massage Therapist will evaluate your concerns, area of pain or tightness to create a custom massage that will help you relax and reduce pain.
